So many places nowadays have workers who are not willing or caring to help, but that’s not the case at the Chesapeake tractor supply company. Joshua was not only willing to help. He treated both myself and my son like we were Neighbourhood friends. It makes you wonder how stores back in the old days really were when you walked in and everybody knew your name. You can really tell he cares about his job, what he does, and the people around him thank you again. I hope you get what you deserve with this company and in life.

Have been shopping here for a while with pretty decent service until now. Ordered a large coop yesterday and went to pick it up today only to find out they sold it to someone else today. Instead I could have the floor model that’s been sitting in the parking lot for who knows how long. Don’t trust that items you buy will actually be held for you.

Busy store but almost always have what I need. Staff is helpful and pleasant even though they always seem super busy. Orders staged near the front of the store can clog the aisles some but otherwise store is clean and organized.

The assistant manager Lauri and another employee Kathy were EXTREMELY helpful today! We were trying to buy a safe and they went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. Great customer service!

This was hands down one of the most disgusting wash centers I have ever been in, and I have used plenty of dog wash stations before. Hair was everywhere. I mean everywhere. All over the floor, all over the walls, all over the sink, and throughout the entire wash room. It was very clear that the station had not been cleaned after previous customers. If you are offering a paid dog wash service, then after every wash someone should be going in there to clean and sanitize the area. That is basic hygiene and customer care. I have a Cavapoo, which is a hypoallergenic breed, so cleanliness matters even more to me. I have no idea what type of hair or fur was left behind in that room, and that alone is concerning. Regardless of breed, customers should not have to worry about exposure to other animals’ hair because the facility was not properly maintained. There were also no products available. Nothing was refilled. No shampoo, no supplies, and no towels. Not a single towel in the entire wash area while I was trying to bathe my dog. That is unacceptable when customers are paying to use the service. Another issue was the equipment itself. The sink door or panel would not stay in place and
